Sunny, bright New Crop coffee, with the cocoa finish for which Colombians are famous. Compare it to the competition: our beans are a full #18 screen. And, this coffee it's just as big in the cup as it is in your hand. We have it on good authority, this is Juan Valdez®' favorite morning quaff. Standard roast.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe
The "Gran Cru" coffe of Ethiopia.. We favor this above all other Ethiopians. We also favor the Sidamo disctrit's Yirgacheffe coffee. The result of altidude, climatic conditions and a knowing and sensitive roastmaster makes this a most elegant cup. Delicately flavored Yirgacheffe has a heady and surprisingly sweet perfume off the grounds and of very delicate lime in the cup. Awarded "Best Cup" by Ken Davids. Medium dark roast.

Tanzania Peaberry
Tanzania Peaberry is a novelty coffee in the United States where its shape is as important to the sale as the cup quality. It remains an origin with great potential. Medium body with just a bit of the wilderness that can overwhelm lesser East African coffees. Plum & bitter almond dance in its heart.

The "Gran Cru" coffee of Yemen. The flinty irregular mocha bean yields a cup of mystical power, exotic, near uncontrollably wild flavors and perhaps the nost overpowering fragrance (Gardenia) of any fresh ground coffee. This coffee has tremendous character and wondrous complexity.
